All our guards are highly skilled and experienced, police-vetted, NZ Government licensed and passionate about your security and safety. Our service aims to minimize or remove any security threats to you and your home or business by protecting your property and your people. At any given time, HSM has 25-30 guards on duty, all connected directly to our state-of-the-art Monitoring Station and individually tracked by GPS. This means that when you need help, we can immediately dispatch the guard nearest to you or your property, drastically reducing response time.

Let us know when you plan to be away from your property for an extended period, and we’ll arrange a Concierge to hold your keys, collect your mail, feed your pets, draw the curtains and switch lights on and off. Scheduled or random patrol services available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our patrol guards will perform a physical inspection of your business or property to ensure it is secure and locked down each evening.
Our officers respond (according to client requirements) to alarm activations that are received by our monitoring centre. We provide businesses with Health & Safety Welfare Checks on staff—day or night (eg. shift workers) and can proactively prevent any vandalism or damage to your premises. If a burglary has occurred at your premises our officers will secure the property for the Police to ensure there is no contamination of evidence.

We have a dedicated team of loss prevention officers whose primary objective is to prevent your premises from being targeted by shoplifters. We will apprehend, trespass and call in Police where necessary.
If you are holding an event where security is required, we have a highly qualified security officers. We can tailor-make a plan to suit your event to meet your requirements. Our main function is to ensure the terms and conditions of the event are complied with so everyone at the event has a safe and enjoyable time.
We hold keys in a safe environment for businesses or residential clients. We give your keys a unique identifying number and keep them in a secure area at all times. If you don’t want to leave your key under your mat for a tradesperson you may give us authorisation for the tradesperson to collect and return the key back to our offices.
